Refund & Exchange Policy

Allie M. Designs Boutique will accept returns for store credit or exchange with our authorization only. Some exclusions may apply, see criteria for refunds and exchanges below.

In order to receive an authorization number please send email to [email protected] within 10 calendar days of shipment delivery date with the following information:

Customer Name
Address
Invoice Number
Style Number
Reason for Return
 

Merchandise that is unused, unworn with tags attached and in its original packaging can be returned within 10 calendar days of shipment delivery date. Online purchases can be returned via shipment or at Allie M. Designs Boutique. All sales are final on sale merchandise, custom orders, intimates and gift cards.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise may be returned with tags attached within 10 calendar days of shipment delivery date. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a merchandise credit is requested. Returns of defective merchandise made after 10 calendar days of shipment delivery date will be issued as a merchandise credit. Returns of defective merchandise made more than 90 days after purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded to the original card. Due to varying bank policies, please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear.

Returns Without Original Receipt

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise returned without a receipt will be issued a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the merchandise. A photo identification is required for returns without a receipt.

Final Sale

Sale merchandise, custom orders, intimates and gift cards are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.
